This bathroom was hiding a lot of issues, so when the client asked us for a full refurb, we couldn’t wait to get stuck in.

The previous fittings were badly fitted, with tiles and the shower tray sinking from the wall, leading to leaks across the room.

Our first task was to fix the levelling in the room, we then tanked and re-piped all of the existing pipework. The customer wanted a modern, easy to clean bathroom, we were happy to oblige with a large shwoer tray and linear waste with large, easy to clean porcelain tiles. 

A wall hung toilet kept the tight space light and easy to clean. The curve on the unit fitted the space perfectly. A duel fuel radiator was added with the option to also turn it on when the heating is off. The newly installed underfloor heating keeps the room dry and warm.
